There’s nothing quite like creating something on your own, or finding a craft that speaks to you. Crafts can be a great decoration piece within your apartment, in any shape or size. Whether you are more into painting ceramics, or finding that perfect woodcarving to hang over your dining room table, here are four of the best places for craft lovers in the Garden State.

Looking to create your own jewelry? Just Bead Yourself is located right in the downtown section of Westfield in Union County. You can create your own glass seed, Japanese seed, or gemstones. Just Bead Yourself offers high-end Swarovski crystals as well. Special workshops for both children and adults are available on the weekends, as well as themed parties. Location: 1300 Ocean Ave., Asbury Park, NJ 07712
While your first thought for this venue might be music, Convention Hall is also home to the Asbury Park Bazaar. They offer different types of woodwork, crafts, and other home made products during weekends throughout the holiday, and once a quarter during the rest of the year. When the Bazaar is not going on, you can find multiple pop-up stands selling crafts, furniture and more. This is a great spot for those who love crafts, but don’t have time to make them.
Location: 1850 River Road / Route 29 Lambertville, NJ 08530
This Lambertville mainstay is close to Mercer County, but is worth the drive from anywhere in the state. This market is open year round on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features both indoor and outdoor shopping. If you’re looking for crafts, your best bets are Shirley’s Earlies for unique jewelry, Moe’s Rock Shop for any crystals or minerals that you need for your own project, or Ely’s and Sam’s for woodcarvings.
