As we celebrate the New Year, we are also excited to celebrate the newest member of our exclusive club. Garden Communities is happy to announce that Arvo Langam will be receiving one-year rent free at his London Terrace residence. We put the satisfaction and the loyalty of our Garden Community family first and have been doing so for well over 60 years. Patrons like Arvo Langam, who have resided in our communities for 50 years or more, are the reasons why our communities prosper. We are grateful for the chance to show our appreciation.
Meet Golden Resident, Arvo Langam
Arvo Langam, from London Terrace, in Old Bridge has just become one of the newest members of our “Golden Resident” family. Arvo did his homework and researched over seven different communities in New Jersey before he settled on London Terrace. He made his decision based on several factors. The first, of course, was the commute to NY. Arvo worked at the Hub at UPS in Maspeth, NY for over 25 years. He loved the fact that London Terrace was located near the major roadways, making his commute to NY convenient. His research concluded that he couldn’t beat the value, location, and stress-free lifestyle. The spacious rooms, the deck, and the 24-hour maintenance has kept him sold on London Terrace for the past 50 years.
The Story of Arvo’s Life in London Terrace
Arvo loves being within walking distance to shops and supermarkets. You will often find him chatting with neighbors or lending a helping hand with jumper cables. He is well-known in the community for being a friendly neighbor.
Arvo likes to take a short drive to Cheesequake State Park and bike on many of the scenic trails. He’s been known to bring his binoculars and watch as the many species of birds take flight. In his spare time Arvo’s inquisitive mind loves working on his extensive clock and watch collection, keeping them running in tip top shape. He loves taking things apart to see how they work.
He also has a prized audio collection and has now started to work on computers. A total sports enthusiast, Arvo enjoys all sports from the Olympics to watching a Rangers game with his buddies.
London Terrace has been fortunate in having Arvo as one of their longest residents and looks forward to many more continued years of partnership. Thank you Arvo!
