Learn About the New Garden Communities Website
The Garden Communities New Jersey website has been given a complete revamp. The site features a sleek new layout, and offers a host of new features. With this update, we want to make it easier to give you all the information you need as a resident or as a potential renter.

A Sleek Layout for Easier Navigation
The first thing you’ll notice is that the website has a sleek new design layout. The community search tool is now prominently displayed on the homepage, and a new sidebar has been added for improved navigation. Icons for amenities on the homepage have also been given a revamp, making them easier to find.
When searching by location or community, we will offer suggestions based on what you might be looking for. In addition, images presented during searches are much larger too, giving you a better idea of what each community is like. With these changes in place, you’ll have an easier time finding your ideal apartment.
New Interactive Maps
Brand new interactive maps have also been added to our landing pages. When you search for apartments on a state or country level, you can click on these maps to see where an individual community is located.
You can use the zoom in feature on this map to get a view of the area surrounding each community as well. This allows you to get a better idea of where each community is in relation to the rest of the state.
Helpful Updates to Community Pages
In addition to the new layout, a number of changes have been made to improve the quality of the community pages. New images have been added, and photo galleries have been moved to a higher position, making them easier to find. Now you’ll know what a community looks without having to scroll down far.
When you view different apartments for each community, it’s easier to tell which floor plans are available to rent. If you have your eye on a particular apartment, you’ll be able to know if it’s open to rent right away.
Virtual Tours
With this new website, Garden Communities is pushing to include more virtual tours on the community pages. You can use this function to view a 3D of an apartment unit you’re interested in. That way, you can get a good idea of how everything is set up in a unit before you schedule a tour.
We’ve also made it easier for you to determine which units have virtual tours. If a unit has an icon of a video camera, you can click it to get a virtual tour. More tours are being added for our communities, so stay tuned.
Now You Can Schedule Appointments Right Away
In the past, you would have to contact the staff at Garden Communities to schedule an apartment tour. Now that our new website is live to the public, this is no longer the case.
On each community page, a new section has been added for scheduling appointments with our staff. Now you can schedule a tour right away, without the need for someone to respond to your query.
